A Christmas gift of sawdust

Summer may not long have ended, but (dare we say it) Christmas is not far off.

So this year why not think about giving the gift of sawdust, or give it to yourself as a special Festive treat?

Our last one-week introductory course of the year takes place between 17th and 21st December, and is likely to be another sell-out event.

You’ll learn new skills to take your woodworking hobby up a few notches, and you’ll also be making a stool and keepsake box.

The skills you learn making those items can then be applied to a variety of other woodworking projects.

It adds up to a fun and practical week in a professional workshop, taught by some of the best woodworking tutors in the business.

If December doesn’t suit, our introductory courses for 2019 will take place between:

18th and 22nd March

24th and 28th June

16th and 20th September

16th and 21st December

We only recently held our September introductory course, and you can see some of the students’ stories on our news pages.

Also, if you’re thinking of woodworking as a new career, the introductory course is an ideal way of finding out if it’s the right thing for you.

Each year, several students on our professional course are graduates from either our introductory or intermediate courses.

The good news is that if you complete an introductory course and then decide that you have sawdust in your veins, we’ll refund the introductory course fee from your professional course fee!
