Applicants to the Chippendale school don’t need to have academic qualifications or to have had previous woodworking experience.
What we are looking for is a genuine passion for furniture design, an ambition to work creatively, and a positive commitment to hard work.
But life at the Chippendale school isn’t all work and no play. We have generous breaks at Christmas and Easter, ideal for overseas students wishing to return home.
Our students are of all ages, backgrounds and nationalities, so a year at the Chippendale school will also expose you to a whole variety of cultures and design influences.
