John Vaughan comes from the West of Ireland and always had a keen interest in woodworking.
But a busy job as a hotelier left little spare time for his hobby. The time was right for a change and he came to the school to develop his skills and learn how to make beautiful things out of wood.
He hopes to go full-time after the course and make a living working with wood.
